摘　　要：结合当前冶金企业教育培训现状,建立数字化安全培训平台并配置“一岗一标”数字内容资源,应用于企业安全生产培训工作,通过精准培训不断提升冶金企业从业人员安全生产意识,控制和减少各类生产安全事故的发生,提高企业安全生产管理科技水平,进而促进企业安全可持续发展。Combined with the current education and training status of metallurgical enterprises,the establishment of a digital safety training platform and the allocation of"one post,one standard"digital content resources is applied to the safety production training work of enterprises.Such precision training continuously improves the safety production awareness of metallurgical enterprises,controls and reduces the occurrence of various production safety accidents,and improves the scientific and technological level of enterprise safety production management.In turn,this promotes the safe and sustainable development of enterprises.
