摘  要:针对双流体雾化方式产生的细水雾,研究了低压状态下双流体产生的细水雾雾滴粒径分布,实验中测量不同流体压力下的细水雾雾滴粒径,结果表明:双流体细水雾可以替代高压状态下实现雾滴粒径小于200μm的1级细水雾的效果。在改变双流体压力过程中,当气压一定,液体压力逐渐减小时,细水雾雾滴粒径出现逐渐增大趋势;当液体压力不变,气体压力逐渐增大时,细水雾雾滴粒径逐渐减小。In this paper,the particle size distribution of water mist droplets produced by two-fluid atomization was studied in the low pressure state.In the experiment,the particle size of water mist droplets was measured under different fluid pressure.The results showed that:Two-fluid water mist can replace the effect of grade 1 water mist with droplet size less than 200 m under high pressure.In the process of changing the two-fluid pressure,when the air pressure is constant and the liquid pressure decreases gradually,the particle size of the water mist drops increases gradually.When the liquid pressure is constant and the gas pressure increases gradually,the particle size of water mist drops decreases gradually.
