摘 要:结合富氧助燃技术在浙江绍兴陶瓷企业中应用的实际案例,对案例进行经济性分析。结果显示:案例应用富氧助燃技术后,用电量增加了1%,企业天然气消耗降低了16.5%,辊道窑的净节能率达到了15.5%。研究为富氧助燃技术在小型陶瓷轻工业中的应用起到示范作用,进一步验证了富氧助燃技术的巨大潜力和应用前景。Combining the actual case of the application of oxygen-enriched combustion technology in ceramic enterprises in Shaoxing,Zhejiang,an economic analysis of the case was conducted.The results show that after the application of the oxygen-enriched combustion technology,the electricity consumption increased by 1%,the natural gas consumption of the enterprise decreased by 16.5%,and the net energy-saving rate of the roller kiln reached 15.5%.The study serves as a demonstration for the application of oxygen-enriched combustion technology in small-scale ceramic light industry,further verifying the great potential and application prospects of the technology.
