摘  要:甩负荷试验是检验火力发电机组调节系统动态特性的重要试验,也是防止发生超速事故的措施,能够考核发电机组调节系统的动态特性,检验各配套辅机及相关系统设计对甩负荷工况的适应性。通过某电厂大型超临界双抽背压供热机组甩负荷试验过程及试验时出现的问题进行分析,采取对应的措施对此类机型进行事故预防,并提出运行建议,以保证在甩负荷后能够在设备安全的前提下持续提供稳定供热。Load rejection tests are crucial for examining the dynamic characteristics of the control systems of thermal power generating units,and they also serve as a measure to prevent overspeed accidents.These tests can assess the dynamic characteristics of the power unit's control system and verify the adaptability of the design of various auxiliary equipment and related systems to load rejection conditions.By analyzing the process of a load rejection test and the issues encountered during the test at a certain power plant's large-scale ultra-supercritical double extraction back pressure heating unit,corresponding measures are taken to prevent accidents for this type of unit and operational suggestions are provided to ensure continuous and stable heating supply under the premise of equipment safety after load rejection.
