摘　　要：子宫内膜息肉可引起异常子宫出血、不孕,有恶变风险,术后易复发,影响女性的身心健康,属中医学“癥瘕”“不孕”范畴。李光荣教授认为女性多虚、多郁、多瘀,临床予活血化瘀学术思想治疗子宫内膜息肉。采用分级分时分类为原则的活血化瘀法,祛瘀求本、瘀湿同治、固护阴血,效果满意。Endometrial polyps can cause abnormal uterine bleeding,infertility,and carry a risk of malignancy.They tend to recur after surgery,impacting women's physical and mental health.In traditional Chinese medicine,they fall within the categories of"abdominal masses"and"infertility".Professor Li Guangrong believes that women with these conditions often have deficiencies,stagnation,and blood stasis,and he employs the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in his treatment.By summarizing and elucidating his academic thoughts on the treatment of endometrial polyps,this article discusses the application of a graded,timed and classified approach to promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,addressing the root causes of blood stasis and dampness,and reinforcing and protecting yin and blood.This method has been applied in clinical practice with satisfactory results.
