调神通窍针刺法联合三九贴治疗变应性鼻炎

摘　　要：目的观察调神通窍针刺法联合三九贴治疗变应性鼻炎疗效。方法选择2022年12月-2023年12月阜阳市中医医院针灸科收治的60例变应性鼻炎患者,随机数表法分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。对照组接受三九贴治疗,治疗组在三九贴基础上给予调神通窍针刺法治疗,冬至开始9 d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。比较治疗3个疗程后2组临床疗效,治疗前后鼻部症状、伴随症状积分、血清IgE水平、14 d发作时间、生活质量、负性情绪及睡眠质量。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率(86.67%,26/30)高于对照组(63.33%,19/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组鼻部症状积分(TNSS)鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞,鼻部伴随症状积分(TNNSS)总分,血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平,鼻结膜炎生存质量问卷(RQLQ)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分较治疗前均降低,治疗组较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组14 d发作时间短于治疗前,且治疗组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调神通窍针刺法联合三九贴治疗变应性鼻炎疗效较好,可缓解鼻部症状及伴随症状,调节血清IgE水平,缩短发作时间,降低负性情绪,提高生活质量、睡眠质量。Objective To observe the curative effect of"Tiaoshen Tongqiao acupuncture method"combined with"Sanjiu paste"in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Fuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received a"Sanjiu paste"treatment,while the treatment group was given the"Tiaoshen Tongqiao acupuncture method"on the basis of the"Sanjiu paste"treatment,starting from the winter solstice with 9 days as one course,for a total of three courses of treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups after treatment,the total nasal symptom scores(TNSS),total non-nasal symptom scores(TNNSS),serum level of IgE,attack time,quality of life,negative emotion and sleep quality in the two groups before treatment and after were compared.Results After three courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(86.67%)was higher than that of the control group(63.33%)(P<0.05).After three courses of treatment,the TNSSs(itchy nose,sneezing,runny nose,stuffy nose),TNNSSs,serum levels of immunoglobulin E(IgE),the scores of Rhinoconjuntivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire(RQLQ),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were all lower in the two groups than those before treatment,while the scores were much lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After three courses of treatment,the onset time on the 14th day in both groups was shorter than before treatment,and the treatment group was much shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"Tiaoshen Tongqiao acupuncture method"combined with"Sanjiu paste"has a good effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,which can relieve total nasal symptoms and total non-nasal symptoms,regulate the serum level of IgE,shorten the duration of attack
