酯类油在高性能工业齿轮油中的性能研究

摘　　要：随着现代工业技术的发展,高端工业齿轮箱逐步升级,对工业齿轮油的性能要求也逐步提高。酯类合成油在增强齿轮油中添加剂的溶解性,密封涂料的相容性,油泥控制等方面,有着十分重要的作用。根据严苛环境下齿轮箱的工况,筛选了合适的酯类油并调合成产品,探究了高性能工业齿轮油的性能差异。研究结果表明:酯类油能使工业齿轮油通过严苛条件下的橡胶兼容性试验;在相同条件下,摩擦磨损性能优异的酯类油,能够提高工业齿轮油的极压抗磨性能。(图7表8参考文献9)With the continuous progress of modern industrial technology,high-end industrial gearboxes are gradually being upgraded,and the performance requirements for industrial gear oils are correspondingly increasing.Ester-based synthetic oils play a vital role in enhancing the solubility of additives in gear oils,compatibility with sealing materials,and sludge control.Based on the working conditions of gearboxes in harsh environments,suitable ester oils are selected and blended into products to explore the performance differences of high-performance industrial gear oils.The results show that ester oils can enable industrial gear oils to pass rubber compatibility tests under harsh conditions.Under the same conditions,ester oils with excellent friction and wear performance can improve the extreme pressure and anti-wear performance of industrial gear oils(.Charts7 Tables8 References9)
