摘　　要：卡车轮毂轴承润滑脂是一种具有优异抗剪切性能的高端润滑脂。通常的润滑脂使用时在剪切的过程中容易变稀、氧化等造成其使用寿命短或者轮毂的烧结。通过调控复合磺酸钙基润滑脂中的无机盐含量及颗粒大小,可以改善润滑脂的抗剪切、抗氧化、抗水性能及其防护性能。实验结果表明,通过该方法制备的复合磺酸钙基润滑脂具有良好的润滑性能、抗磨减摩性能,能够满足卡车轮毂轴承苛刻工况的润滑要求。(图10表1参考文献11)Truck hub bearing grease is an advanced lubricating grease with excellent shear resistance.The commonly used lubricating grease is prone to thinning,oxidation,etc.during the shearing process,resulting in a shorter service life or welding of the wheel hub.The shear resistance,oxidation resistance,water resistance,and protective properties of calcium sulfonate complex lubricating grease can be improved by regulating the content and particle size of inorganic salt in the grease.The experimental results show that the calcium sulfonate complex lubricating grease prepared by this method has good lubricity,anti-wear and friction reduction performance,and can meet the lubrication requirements of truck hub bearings under harsh working conditions.(Charts10 Table1 References11)
