摘 要:为了提高果园土壤养分利用效率和施肥精准度,采用模块化设计了一种果园侧深施肥机,主要由肥料箱、输送装置和开沟覆土装置组成,能够实现精准控制施肥量和施肥深度。通过设置传感器和控制器,实现施肥过程中自动调节施肥参数,以适应不同果树生长需求,并通过田间试验验证了施肥机的性能和可靠性。试验结果表明,该施肥机能够有效控制施肥深度和施肥均匀性,减少肥料浪费和环境污染。最后,对试验结果进行了分析和讨论,提出了改进建议和进一步研究的方向,为果园管理提供了科学依据。In order to improve the efficiency of soil nutrient use and the accuracy of fertiliser application in orchards,this paper adopts modular design to design an orchard side-depth fertiliser applicator,which mainly consists of fertiliser tank,conveying device and furrowing and mulching device,and is able to achieve precise control of fertiliser application amount and fertiliser application depth.Through the setting of sensors and controllers,the fertiliser parameters are automatically adjusted during the fertiliser application process to adapt to the growth needs of different fruit trees,and the performance and reliability of the fertiliser applicator are verified through field tests.The test results show that the fertiliser applicator can effectively improve the depth and uniformity of fertiliser application,and reduce fertiliser waste and environmental pollution.Finally,the test results were analysed and discussed,and suggestions for improvement and directions for further research were put forward,providing a scientific basis for orchard management.
