摘  要:烘干过程中的温度和湿度控制对谷物品质至关重要。过高的温度可能导致谷物烤焦,而过低的温度则无法有效去除水分。该文基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)技术,实现对谷物烘干过程的自动化控制,能够实时监测并调节烘干参数,确保谷物在烘干过程中保持最佳状态,避免品质下降。试验结果表明,该控制系统能够显著提升谷物烘干效率,降低能耗,并确保谷物在烘干过程中的品质稳定,为现代农业生产提供了可靠的技术支持和解决方案。Temperature and moisture control during drying is critical to grain quality.Too high temperature may lead to scorched grain,while too low temperature cannot remove moisture effectively.This study is based on programmable logic controller(PLC)technology,which can monitor and adjust the drying parameters in real time,to ensure that the grains are kept in an optimal state during the drying process,and to avoid quality degradation.The test results show that the control system can significantly improve the efficiency of grain drying,reduce energy consumption,and ensure that the quality of grain in the drying process is stable,it can provide a reliable technical support and solutions for modern agricultural production.
