商丘市2023年花生生产全程机械化试验示范项目的风险管理

摘　　要：为了探索形成适宜商丘市的花生生产全程机械化技术模式,商丘市2023年花生生产全程机械化试验示范项目的顺利实施至关重要。如项目实施主体风险管理意识淡薄、风险管理手段单一,可能会使项目中的诸多风险因素得不到有效控制,造成项目失败。该文在介绍风险管理工作流程的基础上,结合该示范项目风险,依次对识别、评估、应对和监控等四个环节来分析项目风险管理的全过程,最后提出项目风险管理时的一些启示,以期为类似农机化技术项目实施提供参考。In order to explore and form a mechanized technical model for peanut production in Shangqiu City,the smooth implementation of the 2023 peanut production mechanization pilot demonstration project in Shangqiu City is very important.If the project implementation subject has a weak awareness of risk management and a single risk management method,many risk factors in the project may not be effectively controlled,resulting in project failure.On the basis of introducing the risk management workflow,combined with the risk of the demonstration project,this paper analyzes the whole process of project risk management in four links,including identification,evaluation,response and monitoring,and finally puts forward some enlightenment for project risk management,in order to provide reference for the implementation of similar agricultural mechanization technology projects.
