摘　　要：随着现代农业的快速发展和信息技术的进步,传统的纸质档案管理模式已无法满足高效、准确和实时管理农机档案的需求。该文通过分析当前农机档案管理中存在的问题,如信息分散、存储不便、查询效率低等,系统阐述了数字化管理中档案电子化、数据库管理系统、云存储技术和大数据分析等技术,通过案例研究,展示了数字化管理在农机档案管理中的应用效果,表明其显著提高了档案管理的效率和准确性。最后讨论了数字化管理在农机档案管理中的挑战和未来发展方向,提出了推动农机档案管理全面数字化的建议,如建立统一的标准和规范,加强技术培训和推广应用等。研究结果,期望为农机档案管理的现代化提供理论基础和实践指导。With the rapid development of modern agriculture and the progress of information technology,the traditional paper file management mode has been unable to meet the demand for efficient,accurate and real-time management of agricultural machinery files.This paper analyzes the current problems in the management of agricultural machinery files,such as information dispersion,inconvenient storage,low query efficiency and so on.Then,it systematically describes the technologies of digital management such as file electronic,database management system,cloud storage technology and big data analysis,and demonstrates the application effect of digital management in the management of agricultural machinery files through case studies,showing that it significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of file management.Finally,the challenges and future development direction of digital management in agricultural machinery file management are discussed,and suggestions to promote the comprehensive digitization of agricultural machinery file management are put forward,such as the establishment of unified standards and specifications,and the enhancement of technical training and promotion of application.Through this study,it is expected to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the modernization of agricultural machinery file management.
