摘  要:航空航天领域中,复合材料结构间常存在装配间隙。本文以存在较大装配间隙的复合材料板螺栓拧紧过程为研究对象,通过理论分析与试验相结合的方式,探究不同间隙及不同垫片补偿策略对连接结构轴向夹紧力的影响。研究结果表明,液体垫片会显著影响夹紧力大小,减少垫片中液体垫片含量有助于提高连接质量。In the aerospace field,assembly gaps often exist between composite structures.In this paper,the bolt tightening process of composite plate with large assembly gap is taken as the research object,through the combination of theoretical analysis and experiment,the effects of different gaps and different gap compensations on the axial clamping force of bolt joints are investigated.The results show that liquid shims can significantly affect the axial clamping force of the connection structure,and reducing the liquid shims helps to improve the connection quality.
