摘 要:复合材料因其优良的力学性能而得到广泛应用,而复杂的应用工况会直接或间接地影响复合材料结构的强度及其使用寿命。本文通过试验的研究方式,基于ASTM相关标准对某EH107体系复合材料进行了室温(23℃)干态、82℃干态、82℃湿态、130℃干态以及130℃湿态等5种环境下的开孔拉伸试验,对该体系复合材料开孔层压板在湿、热以及力耦合作用下的拉伸强度及其失效行为进行了对比分析研究。结果表明,相较于室温干态开孔拉伸强度,82℃干态开孔拉伸强度提高了1.78%,82℃湿态开孔拉伸强度提高了3.07%,130℃干态开孔拉伸强度提高了3.15%,130℃湿态开孔拉伸强度提高了7.22%。Composite materials are widely used due to their excellent mechanical properties,and complex application conditions will directly or indirectly affect the strength and service life of composite structures.In this paper,based on ASTM standards,the tensile strength and failure behavior of an EH107 composite material are compared and analyzed under five environments:room temperature(23°C)dry,82°C dry,82°C wet,130°C dry and 130°C wet.The results show that compared with the open-hole tensile strength of room temperature dry,the open-hole tensile strength of 82°C dry is increased by 1.78%,the open-hole tensile strength of 82°C wet is increased by 3.07%,the open-hole tensile strength of 130°C dry is increased by 3.15%,and the open-hole tensile strength of 130°C wet is increased by 7.22%.
