摘　　要：本文研发了一种用于测试层压弹性轴承疲劳耐久寿命的试验装置,其主要由径向负荷加载系统、轴向运动加载系统、径向摆动加载系统及轴向倾覆加载系统等4个方向的加载系统以及专用工装台架、控制系统、环境装置等组成。该试验装置通过模拟不同的温度场条件,对层压弹性轴承施加真实状态的加载条件,从而获取其在不同环境下的疲劳耐久寿命,为产品的进一步研制开发与提升改进提供了依据。In this paper,a test system for test the fatigue endurance life of laminated elastic bearings is developed.The test system mainly consists of four-direction loading system,namely radial load loading system,axial motion loading system,radial swing loading system and axial overturning loading system,as well as special tooling bench,control system and environmental device.By simulating different temperature conditions,the test system applies the real loading conditions to the laminated elastic bearing,so as to obtain the fatigue endurance life of the product in different environments,which provides a basis for further development and improvement of the product.
