摘 要:为加工出小锥度锥形类结构,基于车削、铣削加工原理,提出车削和铣削相结合的加工方法。首先建立车削锥形内腔零件数学模型,分析车削内形机理;依据球头铣刀刀刃排布数学模型,建立球头铣刀铣削锥形内腔的运动轨迹,分析小锥度锥形内腔结构成形机理以及该方案的可行性,并得出锥形内腔车削深度与车刀直径、锥形内腔开口半径、锥形内腔开口角度有关的结论。在此基础之上,通过车削和铣削相结合的方法加工出了小锥度锥形内腔类结构。In order to process a small taper conical structure,a processing method combing turning and milling is proposed based on the principle of turning and milling.First of all,the mathematical model of turning conical cavity parts is established to analyze the mechanism of turning internal shape.Based on the mathematical model of the blade arrangement of ball-end milling cutter,the trajectory of the ball-end milling cutter milling the conical inner cavity is established,and the forming mechanism of small taper conical inner cavity structure and the feasibility of the scheme are analyzed.It is concluded that the turning depth of the conical inner cavity is related to the diameter of the turning tool,the opening radius of the conical inner cavity,and the opening angle of the conical inner cavity.On this basis,a small taper conical inner cavity structure is processed by using the method of the combination of turning and milling.
