摘  要:在矿山爆破操作中,如果爆破参数选取不合理,会导致爆破后出现较多大块,严重影响矿山的生产效率和经济效益。本文结合工程实际,通过改变孔网密集系数实现爆破参数优化,以达到优化爆破效果、降低大块率的目的。运用数值分析软件模拟不同密集系数下矿体爆破的最大主应力与最大剪应力,通过分析得出,相比原爆破方案,优化后装药处最大主应力与最大剪应力的最小值分别提升了9.69%与10.46%,间隔处的最大主应力与最大剪应力的最小值分别提升了9.39%与9.34%。从最大主应力与密集系数的关系曲线分析中得出,最优密集系数为1.235,最优孔排间距为2.78 m×2.25 m。结合爆破理论与公式对爆破参数进行优化,可以增加优化后爆破参数的科学性与合理性。In mine blasting operation,unreasonable selection of blasting parameters can result in the production of larger fragments after blasting,which severely impacts the mine′s production efficiency and economic benefits.Based on engineering practice,optimization of the blasting parameters was achieved by changing the density coefficient of the hole network in order to optimize the blasting effect and reduce the rate of large blocks.Using numerical analysis software,the maximum principal stress and maximum shear stress of ore blasting under different density coefficients were simulated.The analysis indicate that compared to the original project,the minimum values of the maximum principal stress and the maximum principal shear stress at the chamber charge in the optimized project have increased by 9.69%and 10.46%,respectively.Similarly,the minimum values of the maximum principal stress and the maximum shear stress at the intervals increase by 9.39%and 9.34%,respectively.By analyzing the relationship curve between the maximum principal stress and the density coefficient,the optimal density coefficient is found to be 1.235,and the optimal hole spacing is 2.78 m×2.25 m.The blasting parameters were optimized in a more scientific and reasonable way by combining blasting theory and formulas.
