摘 要:为缓解高含泥量砂对掺聚羧酸系减水剂(PCA)混凝土的不利影响,需要在其中加入抗泥剂,而包含有机季铵盐结构的氯化胆碱(CHC)具有作为抗泥剂的潜力。本文研究了CHC对掺PCA高含泥量水泥净浆和混凝土性能的影响,结果表明,随CHC用量的增加,掺PCA高含泥量水泥净浆初始和1 h流动度增大。当CHC用量为胶凝材料用量的0.10 bwoc%时,掺PCA高含泥量水泥净浆初始和1 h流动度分别达到180 mm和130 mm,具有较好的性价比。与不使用CHC的掺PCA高含泥量砂混凝土相比,应用CHC后混凝土初始流动度和28 d抗压强度分别得到了提高,且混凝土状态良好。To mitigate the adverse effects of high clay content in sand on the quality of concrete with polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCA),it is often necessary to add anti-clay agents.Choline chloride(CHC),which contains an organic quaternary ammonium salt structure,has the potential to act as an anti-clay agent.The effects of CHC on the properties of high clay content cement paste and concrete with PCA were studied.The experimental results showed that with the increase of CHC dosage,the initial and 1-hour fluidity of high clay content cement paste with PCA increased.When the CHC dosage was 0.10 bwoc%of the binder content,the initial and 1-hour fluidity of high clay content cement paste with PCA reached 180 mm and 130 mm,respectively,showing a good cost-performance ratio.Compared to high clay content sand concrete with PCA,the initial fluidity and 28-day compressive strength of concrete with CHC improved,respectively,and the concrete was in good condition.
