村庄农宅推广装配式建筑的影响因素分析

摘　　要：基于农民的居住需求及村庄农宅的现状,分析将装配式建筑运用到村庄农宅建设中的必要性,在此基础上,从村集体的角度出发,通过文献分析法和实地调查法识别在村庄农宅推广装配式建筑的影响因素。分析过程中运用AHP-DEMATEL组合权重法确定影响因素的综合影响度以及它们之间的相互关系,并提出将装配式建筑应用到村庄农宅建设中的建议。结果表明:要想更好地在村庄农宅建设中推广装配式建筑,村集体需要从提高村民及村干部对装配式建筑的接受程度、培养专业人才、提高技术水平、缩减建造成本和完善供应产业链5个方面着手,其中,提高村民及村干部对装配式建筑的接受程度是重中之重。Based on the living needs of villagers and the current situation of rural houses in villages,the necessity of applying prefabricated buildings to the construction of rural houses in villages is analyzed.On this basis,from the perspective of village assembly,the influencing factors of the development of prefabricated buildings in village rural houses are identified through literature analysis and field investigation.In the process of analysis,the AHP-DEMATEL combined method is used to determine the comprehensive influence degree of influencing factors and the relationship between them,and suggestions are put forward to apply prefabricated buildings to the construction of rural houses in villages.The results show that in order to better promote prefabricated buildings in the construction of rural houses in villages,the village assembly needs to start from the following five aspects:improving the acceptance of prefabricated buildings by villagers and village cadres,cultivating professional talents,improving technical level,reducing construction costs and improving the supply chain.Among them,improving the acceptance of prefabricated buildings by villagers and village cadres is the top priority.
