摘 要:为了探讨LED中性光、LED红色光对人体反应时(reaction time,RT)的影响,选取24名色觉正常的受试者,在普通家用灯光(LED中性光)环境中、LED红色光环境中使用反应时间测试app进行人体反应时的测试,并计算2种光环境中人体反应时的差异。结果表明,受试者在LED红色光环境中人体反应时更短,并且2种光环境下人体反应时有显著性差异(P<0.05)。实验结果可为今后运动生活环境的LED灯光选用与优化提供参考。In order to explore the effects of LED neutral light,LED red light on human reaction time,twenty-four subjects with normal color vision were selected to perform human reaction time tests using the reaction time test app in a control environment with ordinary household lights(LED neutral light)and in an environment with LED red light,and the difference in human reaction time between the two ambient lights was calculated.The results showed that subjects had shorter human reaction times in the LED red light environment compared to the LED neutral light environment,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The experimental results can provide a reference for the selection and optimization of LED light for future sports life environment.
