创新创业能力:大学生实现高质量就业的根基

摘　　要：随着高等教育普及化时代的到来,大学生就业问题越来越常态化,提升大学生就业质量就成为一项国家战略任务。提升大学生就业质量,最终依靠的是大学生创新创业能力的提升。只有具备了超强的创新创业能力,大学生才可能实现高质量就业。培养大学生创新创业能力,离不开自我的七项修炼,即提升目标确定能力、完善行动筹划能力、训练果断抉择能力、提高沟通合作能力、磨砺机遇把握能力、培养风险防范能力和养成逆境奋起能力。这七项主体能力是一个动态的循环体,需要通过课堂教学改革、课外活动探索、社会实践强化和日常生活规划等加以完善。创新创业能力发展是一个生命力不断展现的整体。没有个体主体性的生成,大学生创新创业能力就难以提升,高质量就业就会因缺乏根基而无法实现。In the new era of universal higher education,the employment problem of college students has become increasingly normalized.Enhancing the quality of college students’employment has thus become a national task.Achieving higher quality employment for college students ultimately hinges on enhancing their innovation and entrepreneurial capabilities.Only when college students possess exceptional innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities can they achieve high-quality employment.Developing such capabilities involves seven key practices:enhancing goal-setting abilities,refining action-planning skills,training decisiveness,enhancing communication and collaboration skills,honing opportunity-seizing abilities,cultivating risk-prevention skills,and fostering resilience in adversity.These seven core competencies form a dynamic cycle that needs to be perfected through classroom teaching reforms,extracurricular activity exploration,social practice reinforcement,and daily life planning.Without the generation of individual subjectivity,it is difficult to enhance the innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities of college students,and achieving high-quality employment for college students remains unattainable.
