摘　　要：从统一战线的视角重温75年前中国共产党同各党派、各团体、各族各界人士协商建国、风雨同行的光辉历程,解读中国新型政党制度与共产党执政的历史。本文从“两者”的内在逻辑关系(尤其是共产党执政亟需中国新型政党制度这样一种制度设计)切入,分析“两者”如何在良性互动中展开并在对这一制度的三次重大理论与实践的创新中相得益彰。最后,面对中国新型政党制度与共产党执政遇到的诸多挑战提出粗浅的因应之策。From the perspective of the united front,this paper reviews the glorious course of the consultation of the Communist Party of China(CPC)with various political parties,groups,and people from all ethnic backgrounds and walks of life to establish the People’s Republic of China 75 years ago,and interprets the history of China’s new type of political party system and the governance of the Communist Party in China.It starts from the inherent logical relationship between the two(especially the fact that the governance of the Communist Party is in urgent need of a new type of political party system in China),and analyses how the two have developed in benign interactions and complemented each other in three major theoretical and practical innovations of the system.Finally,in the face of many challenges encountered by China’s new political party system and the governance of the Communist Party,it proposes preliminary strategies for response.
