摘　　要：政治吸纳作为中国本土化时代化的政治概念和政治实践,本质上是中国共产党探索中国式政治现代化一种方式,是社会流动、政党调适、国家治理三者共生演化的结果,具有明显的历史传承性和顶层设计性,其主要表现为政党组织吸纳和国家体制吸纳,两者构成的吸纳体系共同发挥效用。面对新发展阶段社会结构和利益格局的深度调整,政治吸纳的制度体系也需要不断优化完善,以化解潜在的风险与挑战,因此,要进一步提高政治吸纳的制度化水平,完善其运行机制,拓展其广度和深度,推动政治吸纳制度的系统性、整体性与协同性,积极把政治吸纳制度体系转化为国家治理效能,以此深度推进中国式政治现代化进程。Political absorption,as a political concept and practice that is localized and modernized in China,is essentially a method explored by the Communist Party of China(CPC)for Chinese political modernization.Political absorption is the result of the symbiotic evolution of social mobility,party adaptation,and national governance,characterized by clear historical inheritance and top-level design.Its main manifestations are the absorption by political party organizations and the absorption by the state system,both of which constitute an absorption system that functions together.Facing the profound adjustment of social structure and interest pattern in the new development stage,the system of political absorption also needs to be constantly optimized and improved to defuse potential risks and challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the institutionalization level of political absorption,perfect its operational mechanism,expand its breadth and depth,promote the systematic,holistic,and synergistic nature of the political absorption system,actively transform the political absorption system into national governance effectiveness,and thereby deeply advance the process of Chinese political modernization.
