摘 要:文中采用MIDAS软件和理论计算相结合的方法,对银西铁路银川机场黄河桥主墩钢板围堰内力进行分析研究,考虑了两种工况(吸泥工况、抽水工况)下钢板桩受力情况,并对圈梁、内支撑以及封底混凝土内力进行了分析计算。计算结果表明:圈梁最大正应力为164.1 MPa、最大剪应力60.2 MPa、最大挠度12 mm;内支撑计算结果均小于170 MPa;封底混凝土所受最大拉应力为0.38 MPa;以上计算结果均满足设计要求。可为类似工程结构优化设计和施工控制提供依据和借鉴。In this paper,the internal forces within the steel plate cofferdam of the main pier for the Yellow River Bridge in Yinchuan airport of Yinxi railway are analyzed using MIDAS software and theoretical calculations.Considering the stress of steel sheet pile under two working conditions(mud suction and water pumping),the ring beam,internal support and bottom sealing concrete are calculated.The calculation results show that the maximum normal stress of the ring beam is 164.1 MPa,the maximum shear stress is60.2 MPa and the maximum deflection is 12 mm;the internal support is less than 170 MPa;the maximum tensile stress of the bottom sealing concrete is 0.38 MPa;these results meet the design requirements.It can provide basis and reference for the application and structural optimization design of similar projects.
