摘 要:为研究沉井在珠三角地区实际工程中施工工艺及技术,本文以广州市番禺区南浦岛污水主干管网工程为案例,深入探讨了沉井施工技术,包括测量放样、基坑开挖、垫层铺筑、模板支设、混凝土拆模及养护、沉井下沉及封底等工艺。详尽阐述了该工程的设计计算过程和关键工序。研究结果表明:在地质条件较软的土层中,采用沉井法施工是可行的;采用不排水下沉法可以显著降低沉井结构在下沉过程中的受力,从而为施工带来诸多便利。研究结果可为类似工程提供参考。In order to study the construction technology of caisson in the actual projects in the Pearl River Delta region,this paper takes the sewage main pipe network project of Nanpu Island,Panyu District,Guangzhou as a case,and deeply discusses the construction technology of caisson,including measurement lofting,foundation pit excavation,cushion laying,formwork support,concrete mold removal and maintenance,caisson sinking and bottom sealing.The design calculation and key processes of the project are described in detail.The results show that it is feasible to use the caisson method in the soft soil layer.The undrained sinking method can significantly reduce the force of caisson structure in the sinking process,thus bringing a lot of convenience to construction.The results can provide reference for similar projects.
