摘　　要：为做好全国保存最完好且具一定规模的华侨建筑群——汀江圩梅家大院华侨近代建筑群的修缮工作,通过对外墙、山花、梁柱、阳台及门窗等外立面重要构成部位进行修缮及保养维护,消除了原有安全隐患,改善了汀江圩华侨建筑群结构安全性能,提升民国建筑历史风貌,重现中外建筑文化融合精华,其修缮施工技术具有借鉴意义。In order to do a good job in the repair of the most well preserved and large-scale overseas Chinese building complex in the country-the modern overseas Chinese building complex in Meijia Courtyard of Tingjiang Dock,through the repair and maintenance of external walls,mountain flowers,beams,columns,balconies,doors and windows and other important parts of the facade,the original safety hazards were eliminated,the structural safety performance of the overseas Chinese building complex in Tingjiang Dock was improved,the architectural history of the Republic of China was improved,and the essence of the integration of Chinese and foreign architectural culture was reappeared.The repair construction technology has reference significance.
