摘　　要：本文依托广州市某轨道交通工程,为避免双仓式泥水盾构在富水软弱地层盾构掘进作业中出现堵管、堵仓现象和影响掌子面稳定的不理想现象,提出针对富水软弱地层条件下盾构掘进常压开仓的新施工技术。该技术通过对加固及开仓位置地质分析与泥水平衡的压力控制,采用惰性注浆+丙烯酸盐化学注浆双重加固,实时控制注浆压力、配方、粘度以及混合比,分析地面沉降数据,通过抽芯取样等方式检测浆液的稳定性和可挖性,增强其支护性能以保证人员安全开仓换刀,加装新型搅拌棒,充分搅拌处理堆渣堆积的问题。研究表明:(1)新技术可使掌子面更为稳定,地面沉降值与速率远优于传统做法;(2)形成了新的高强度骨架网格固结体,提高土体加固、砂层堵水性能及稳定作用,保障开仓过程中的安全稳定;(3)新型搅拌棒可极大解决浮渣漂浮导致的堵管堵仓现象,研究成果可为盾构富水砂层提供有效的施工指导。This article is based on a certain rail transit project in Guangzhou.In order to avoid the occurrence of pipe blockage,compartment blockage,and adverse effects on the stability of the tunnel face during shield tunneling operations in water rich and weak strata,a new construction technology is proposed for shield tunneling under atmospheric pressure in water rich and weak strata conditions.This technology uses geological analysis of reinforcement and opening positions and pressure control of mud water balance.It adopts a dual reinforcement of inert grouting and acrylic acid salt chemical grouting,real-time control of grouting pressure,formula,viscosity,mixing ratio,and analysis of ground settlement data.The stability and excavatability of the slurry are detected through core sampling and other methods to enhance its support performance and ensure the safety of personnel in opening the warehouse and changing knives.A new type of mixing rod is installed to fully stir and deal with the problem of slag accumulation.Research has shown that:(1) the new technology can make the palm face more stable,and the ground settlement value and rate are much better than traditional methods;(2) a new high-strength skeleton grid consolidation body has been formed to improve soil reinforcement,sand layer water blocking performance,and stability,ensuring safety and stability during the opening process;(3) the new type of mixing rod can greatly solve the problem of pipe blockage caused by floating slag,and the research results can provide effective construction guidance for shield tunneling in water rich sand layers.
