摘　　要：本文以广州市白云区某高层办公综合楼施工阶段大堂动态优化设计为例,旨在探讨高层办公综合楼大堂的建筑优化设计,通过充分挖掘原施工图设计可优化潜力,并从大堂空间的功能性、艺术性和人性化需求出发,提出将原施工图设计大堂二层内走廊取消、打通既有安全疏散出口、增设安全疏散出口等一系列优化设计策略,以期提升高层办公综合楼大堂的使用与视觉体验和整体形象与品质。Taking the dynamic optimizing design of a high-rise comprehensive office building in Baiyun District,Guangzhou as an example,this paper aims to explore the architectural optimizing design for the lobby of a high-rise comprehensive office building.By fully tapping the optimizing potential of the original construction drawing design,and starting with the functional,artistic and humanization needs of the lobby space,a series of optimizing strategies are proposed,including canceling the corridor on the second floor of the original construction drawing design lobby,opening up the existing safety evacuation exit,adding safety evacuation exit,etc.The optimizing design improves the using and visual experience as well as the overall image and quality of the high-rise comprehensive office building.
