摘  要:非洲猪瘟(African Swine Fever,ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒引起家猪和野猪急性、烈性、高度接触性的传染病。自非洲猪瘟首次被报道至今,世界范围内尚无有效的疫苗和治疗方法,因此,非洲猪瘟的早期诊断对该病的防控显得尤为重要。国内外实验室针对非洲猪瘟的诊断开展了大量的研究,建立了一系列的检测方法。ASF实验室检测技术的推广和应用,为非洲猪瘟的防控和净化提供了关键的技术支撑。本文对近年来国内外非洲猪瘟检测方法研究进展进行了综述,特别对分子生物学和免疫学检测方法进行了梳理归纳,比较了优缺点,以期为非洲猪瘟的早期诊断检测和新检测技术的开发提供帮助。African Swine Fever(ASF)was an epidemic infectious disease of swine caused by African swine fever virus infection.Since ASF was first reported until now,there were still no effective vaccine and treatment methods,so the diagnosis of ASF was particularly important for the prevention and control of ASF.Lots of research had been carried out to develop diagnosis methods of ASF,and series of detection methods had been established.The clinical application of laboratory detection technology had played important roles in the prevention,control and purification of ASF in epidemic countries and regions.The article summarized and reviewed specific and practi cal methods,molecular and immunological detection methods of ASF,and the merit and demerit were illustrated.In order to provide as sistance for the early diagnosis and detection of African swine fever and the development of new detection technologies.
