摘 要:为了解不同兽用生物制品企业生产的猪口蹄疫灭活疫苗的免疫效果,更好地开展猪口蹄疫的免疫预防工作,选择4个不同企业生产的2类猪口蹄疫灭活疫苗,即猪口蹄疫O型灭活疫苗与猪口蹄疫OA二价灭活疫苗,每个企业疫苗免疫1500头仔猪,共免疫6000头健康适龄仔猪,60日龄首免,90日龄加强免疫。先采血,后免疫,分别采集4组猪只首免前(60日龄)、一免后30 d(90日龄)、二免后30 d(120日龄)、二免后60 d(150日龄)、二免后90 d(180日龄)全血4 mL,每组每次随机采集30头,分离血清后进行抗体检测,以此评估抗体的消长规律。结果表明,2个企业的猪口蹄疫O型灭活疫苗抗体评估效果,企业A优于企业B;在抗体离散度方面,企业A优于企业B。2个企业的猪口蹄疫OA二价灭活疫苗抗体评估效果,企业C优于企业D;抗体离散度,企业C与企业D差异不明显。In order to understand the immunization effect of porcine foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)inactivated vaccines produced by different animal biological product companies and to better carry out immune prevention of porcine FMD,two types of porcine FMD in-activated vaccines were selected from four different companies.These included porcine FMD type O inactivated vaccine and porcine FMD OA bivalent inactivated vaccine.A total of 6000 healthy and age-appropriate piglets were immunized,with each company vacci nating 1500 piglets.The piglets were first vaccinated at 60 days,strengthening immunity at 90 days.Blood samples were collected be fore and after immunization from four groups of pigs,respectively the first immunization(60 days),after the first immunization 30 days(90 days),30 days after the second vaccination(120 days old),60 days after the second vaccination(150 days old),and 90 days after the second vaccination(180 days old).4 mL whole blood were collected randomly from each group,and after serum separation,anti body testing was conducted to evaluate the antibody growth and decline rule.The results showed that for the porcine FMD type O inac tivated vaccine,the antibody evaluation effect of Company A was superior to Company B.Regarding antibody dispersion,Company A showed better results than Company B.As for the porcine FMD OA bivalent inactivated vaccine,the antibody evaluation effect of Com pany C was superior to Company D.However,the difference in antibody dispersion between Company C and Company D was not sig nificant.
