摘  要:企业的最终目标是在经济增长的基础上实现价值创造,头部养猪企业的发展壮大是生猪产业规模化发展的必然。基于13家上市生猪企业2011—2021年的财务数据,利用财务指标和非财务指标计量分析生猪企业的价值创造影响因素,得出资产负债率、净资产收益率和前五大股东持股比例能影响生猪企业的价值创造能力,且资产负债率对价值创造能力的影响最强;公司规模和董事规模会削弱企业价值创造力,其中实际增长率和账面市值比呈非线性关系等结论,并据此从促进企业增长与价值创造的有效协同、建立有效的账务监管体系及强化科技赋能等领域给出了增进价值创造能力的建议。The ultimate goal of the enterprises was to achieve value creation on the basis of economic growth,the development and growth of top hog enterprises was the inevitable development of the scale of the hog industry.Based on the financial data of 13 listed hog enterprises from 2011 to 2021,the value creation influencing factors of hog enterprises were analysed by using financial and non-financial indicators to measure and analysed the value creation factors of hog enterprises,and it was concluded that the gearing ratio,the return on net assets and the proportion of the top five shareholders'shareholding could effect the value creation ability of hog enterprises,and the gearing ratio had the strongest influence the value creation,the size of the company and the size of the director would weaken the value creation power of the enterprise,of which the real growth rate and the book-to-market value ratio had a non-linear relationship.The company size and the size of directors could weaken the value creation ability of the enterprise,in which the real growth rate and the book-to-market ratio had a non-linear relationship,etc.Accordingly,we had given suggestions to enhance the value creation ability from the areas of promoting the effective synergy between enterprise growth and value creation,establishing an effective account supervision system,and strengthening the technological empowerment.
