摘　　要：25-羟基胆钙化醇是维生素D_(3)经肝胆羟化后的代谢产物,被称为活性维生素D_(3)。维生素D不仅在调节钙磷代谢中起重要作用,而且对动物体内激素合成及动物生殖也有显著影响。作为维生素D在体内的主要代谢产物,25-羟基胆钙化醇在雄性动物生殖方面的作用逐渐引起重视。该文主要就25-羟基胆钙化醇与维生素D的关系、通过相关代谢酶和受体发挥作用、调控雄激素合成和分泌以及提高精液质量等方面进行综述,旨在揭示25-羟基胆钙化醇提高雄性动物生殖能力的机制,为推进其在畜牧业生产中的应用提供依据。25-hydroxycholecalciferol is the metabolite of vitamin D3 after hydroxylation of liver bile,known as active vitamin D3.Vitamin D can not only regulate the absorption and metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in the body and maintain the dynamic balance of bones but also regulate animal reproduction.As the main metabolite of vitamin D in the body,the role of 25(OH)D_(3) in male animal reproduction has attracted more and more attention.This article mainly reviews the relationship between 25(OH)D_(3) and vitamin D,its effects through related metabolic enzymes and vitamin D receptors,regulation of androgen synthesis and secretion,and improvement of semen quality.The aim is to to reveal the mechanism of 25-hydroxycholocalciferol improving the reproductive ability of male animals,and to provide a basis for promoting its application in animal husbandry production.
