摘 要:为探究抽水蓄能电站建设过程中的风险因素,采用层次分析法从人、机、环境、管理4方面,以定性和定量相结合的角度对电站建设安全的主要影响因素进行分析。电站建设安全为目标层,人、机、环境、管理为准则层,其他因素为指标层,根据层次分析法计算各因素进行权重,得出管理是影响事件的最主要因素。由此提出电站建设安全管理的策略,有助于提高电站的安全性,进一步保障了电站的可持续发展。In order to explore the risk factors in the construction process of pumped storage power station,AHP was adopted to comprehensively consider the four aspects of human,machine,environment and management,and the main influencing factors of power station construction safety were analyzed from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative combination.The safety of power plant construction was the target layer,the human,machine,environment and management were the criterion layer,and other factors were the index layer.According to the weight of each factor was calculated,and it concluded that management is the most important factor affecting the event.Therefore,the strategy of safety management of power station construction was put forward,which is helpful to improve the safety of power station.It further guarantees the sustainable development of power station.
