摘 要:为探明桥梁沉降与钢轨空间几何变形映射关系及其对列车动态行为的影响,建立轨道-桥梁多尺度有限元分析模型,开展桥墩沉降下钢轨变形映射分析研究;构建列车-轨道-桥梁系统相互作用分析模型,将桥墩沉降诱发的钢轨变形视为系统附加不平顺,探究桥墩沉降对列车系统动态行为的影响。结果表明:桥墩沉降诱发轨道几何平顺性产生显著变化,其将改变不平顺的中长波成分,进而对列车行车性能产生影响;差异沉降是影响列车性能最主要的因素,随着差异沉降幅值的增大列车最大加速度和平稳性指标均呈增大趋势,差异沉降对列车动力行为的影响大于一致沉降;提出基于行车性能的桥墩沉降阈值和行车速度,单墩沉降50 mm时,列车行车速度不应大于300 km/h,当行车速度为400 km/h时,应控制桥墩沉降量不大于35 mm。In order to investigate the mapping relationship between pier settlement and rail spatial geometric deformation and its influence on the dynamic behavior of the train,the multi-scale finite element model of the track-bridge was established to analyze the rail deformation induced by the pier settlement.Furthermore,the train-track-bridge interaction model was constructed to explore the influence of pier settlement on the dynamic behavior of the train subsystem,and the rail deformation induced by pier settlement was regarded as the additional irregularity of the train-track-bridge system.The results indicated that the piers settlement leads to significant changes in the geometric smoothness of the track,which will alter the medium to long wave components of track irregularity and therefore affect the operation performance of the train.The differential settlement is the most important factor affecting the dynamic behavior of the train.With the increase in the amplitude of differential settlement,the maximum acceleration of the train and stability index are increased.The impact of differential settlement on the train dynamic behavior is greater than the consistent settlement.In addition,the pier settlement threshold and running speed of the train are proposed based on the running performance of the train,the speed of the train should not be greater than 300 km/h at the case of the single pier settlement of 50 mm,besides,the pier settlement should be controlled to be no greater than 35mm at the speed of 400 km/h.
