摘 要:以黑泥、金溪钠砂、稀土尾砂为主要原料超低温制备建筑瓷质砖。研究了稀土尾砂用量和烧成温度对样品性能的影响。探索了稀土尾砂在高利用率条件下,将稀土尾砂中的高CaO含量代替传统的硅灰石等原料,其引入多元复合熔剂降低样品烧结温度的可能性。研究结果表明:稀土尾砂中含有高CaO含量,参与构成的多元复合熔剂体系对降低坯体烧结温度,提高样品的烧结性能有积极作用。当稀土尾砂用量≤50%时,增大稀土尾砂用量,样品的烧结温度降低,烧结性能提升,当引入50%稀土尾砂可使坯体的烧结温度降低至1080℃,并表现出最优性能:吸水率为0.15%,烧成收缩为9.84%,体积密度为2.46 g/cm^(3),抗折强度为98.55 MPa,性能指标达国家标准。然而,继续增大稀土尾砂用量,样品的烧结温度上升,其性能反而降低。Architectural porcelain tiles were prepared at ultra-low temperature using black mud,Jinxi sodium sand,and rare earth tailings as the main raw materials.The study investigated the effects of rare earth tailings amounts and firing temperature on the sample properties.By exploring the possibility of using rare earth tailings with high CaO content as a substitute for traditional raw materials like wollastonite under conditions of high utilization,the introduction of multivariate composite fluxes was found to reduce the sintering temperature of the samples.The research results show that the multivariate composite flux system formed by rare earth tailings with high CaO content plays a positive role in reducing the sintering temperature of the samples and improving their sintering performance.The sintering temperature of the sample decreases and its performance improves as the content of rare earth tailings increases,provided that the amount of rare earth tailings is≤50%.When the rare earth tailing sand is 50%,the sintering temperature of the sample reduces to 1080℃,and reaches optimal performance:water absorption of 0.15%,sintering shrinkage of 9.84%,bulk density of 2.46 g/cm^(3),bending strength of 98.55 MPa,which meets the national standard.However,further increasing the amount of rare earth tailings resulted in an increase in sintering temperature and a decrease in performance.
