摘　　要：本文介绍了精对苯二甲酸(PTA)的Delta Y质量项目的含义,引起Delta Y高的物质来源、精对苯二甲酸Delta Y的分析方法和分析操作过程注意事项、PTA Delta Y高对下游用户的影响,PTA生产过程如何控制Delta Y及Delta Y分析方法拓展应用。可将Delta Y分析方法应用到相关的检查管道、反应釜等清洁度方面,为相关的研究提供一定的参考。This article introduces the meaning of the Delta Y quality project for purified terephthalic acid(PTA),the sources of high Delta Y substances,the analysis methods and precautions for the analysis operation process of PTA Delta Y,the impact of PTA Delta Y high on downstream users,how to control Delta Y in PTA production process,and how to expand the application of Delta Y analysis methods.The Delta Y analysis method can be applied to the cleanliness aspects of inspection pipelines,reaction vessels,etc.,providing a certain reference for related research.
