摘 要:本文研究了酯交换法合成碳酸二乙酯的生产工艺,并针对企业生产中存在的效率低和产能不足问题进行了深入分析。碳酸二乙酯是一种重要的化工原料,广泛应用于锂电池电解液、树脂、印染等行业。文章首先介绍了碳酸二乙酯的物理化学性质和应用领域,然后详细阐述了酯交换法的基本原理和工艺流程,包括反应精馏塔的操作和控制。在分析了生产过程中的主要问题,如反应精馏塔和脱轻塔效率低、催化剂储罐碱渣积累导致系统暂停等后,文章提出了一系列优化措施,包括调整回流比、清理催化剂储罐、增加换热器换热面积等,以提高生产效率和产品质量。通过实施这些措施,成功解决了生产过程中的关键技术难题,提高了碳酸二乙酯的生产效率和产量,为企业的提质增效提供了有效的技术支持。This article studies the production process of synthesizing diethyl carbonate by ester exchange method,and conducts in-depth analysis on the problems of low efficiency and insufficient production capacity in enterprise production.Diethyl carbonate is an important chemical raw material widely used in industries such as lithium bat-tery electrolytes,resins,printing and dyeing.The article first introduces the physical and chemical properties and application fields of diethyl carbonate,and then elaborates on the basic principles and process flow of ester ex-change method,including the operation and control of reactive distillation tower.After analyzing the main problems in the production process,such as low efficiency of the reaction distillation tower and the light removal tower,and system suspension caused by the accumulation of alkali residue in the catalyst storage tank,the article proposes a series of optimization measures,including adjusting the reflux ratio,cleaning the catalyst storage tank,increasing the heat exchange area of the heat exchanger,etc.,to improve production efficiency and product quality.By im-plementing these measures,the key technical difficulties in the production process have been successfully solved,and the production efficiency and output of diethyl carbonate have been improved,providing effective technical sup-port for the improvement and efficiency of the enterprise.
