摘　　要：本文从FDY生产现场,对以巴马格一代ACW1380/12卷绕头为核心的卷绕设备出现的各种切换失败的现象进行分析和总结。通过对纸管管理、现场环境、员工操作、工艺微调、设备跟修等五方面进行改进措施,提高了切换的成功率,为其他相关研究提供了一定的参考。This article analyzes and summarizes the various switching failures that occur in the winding equipment with the core of the first generation ACW1380/12 winding head from the FDY production site.By implementing improvement measures in five aspects including paper tube management,on-site environment,employee operation,process fine-tuning,and equipment maintenance,the success rate of switching has been increased,providing a reference for other related research.
