浅谈PET聚合装置多功能化

摘　　要：本文介绍了三釜工艺流程PBT与五釜工艺流程PET、PTT的不同点,结合项目实际案例重点介绍采用五釜工艺流程生产PET时,同时生产PBT、PTT产品的优缺点,使得同一套聚合装置能够生产不同的聚合产品,实现了装置的多功能化,增强了装置的生存盈利能力。This paper introduces the differentia of the three reactors process of PBT and the five reactors process of PET、PTT,the merit and demerit has been introduced on the same cp plant when the same plant produces different product of PBT and PET and PTT.The same cp plant has achieved multifunction and increased the ability of profit and survival.
