摘　　要：芪类化合物是具有均二苯乙烯母核的酚羟基衍生物或其聚合物的一类物质的总称,属于多酚类化合物,因具有多种生物活性,如抗癌、抗菌、抗氧化、抗炎、抗退行性疾病、抗糖尿病、神经保护、抗衰老和心脏保护等作用被广泛研究应用。本文主要综述了芪类化合物的结构、分类以及在抗微生物、抗氧化、抑制癌细胞增殖、抗炎等方面的应用研究进展,以期为相关研究提供一定的借鉴。Stilbene compounds are the general name of phenolic hydroxyl derivatives or their polymers with stilbene mother nucleus,belonging to polyphenol compounds,which are widely studied and applied due to their various biological activities,such as anti-cancer,antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti degenerative diseases,anti diabetes,neuroprotective,anti-aging and heart protection.This article mainly reviews the structure,classification,and application research progress of stilbene compounds in antimicrobial,antioxidant,cancer cell proliferation inhibition,anti-inflammatory,and other fields,in order to provide some reference for related research.
