摘 要:为了探讨在不同操作参数下立式磨的能耗和粉磨效率,采用响应面方法的试验设计与实验室中的立式磨实验相结合,系统地评估了操作参数对能耗和粉磨效率的影响。将能耗(E_(cs))和粉磨效率(η)与操作参数(加载压力、转速和含水率)构建一个数学模型。基于响应曲面试验的结果,进行参数研究,以获得操作参数的响应规律。最后,采用多目标优化设计的方法寻找立式磨的最佳参数,并利用Design-Expert中的期望函数法获得最佳效果。研究表明,优化的预测结果与实验结果有很好的一致性。这对减少能耗和提高粉磨效率具有有效的指导价值。In order to investigate the energy consumption and grinding efficiency of vertical mill under different operating parameters.The influence of operating parameters on energy consumption and grinding efficiency was systematically evaluated by combining the experimental design of response surface method with the vertical mill experiment in the laboratory.A mathematical model of energy consumption(Ecs)and grinding efficiency(n)with operating parameters(loading pressure,rotational speed and moisture content)was constructed.Based on the results of the response surface test,the parameter study was carried out to obtain the response law of the operating parameters.Finally,the multiobjective optimization design method is used to find the best parameters of the vertical mill,and the expected function method in Design-Expert is used to obtain the best results.The results show that the optimized prediction results are in good agreement with the experimental results.This has effective guiding value for reducing energy consumption and improving grinding efficiency.
