摘　　要：现代化是20世纪中国话剧创作的根本追求;“人的戏剧”是20世纪中国话剧现代化的核心理念;个性解放思想、启蒙理性意识、现实批判精神、真实性原则和戏剧本体自觉,是20世纪中国话剧现代化的主要维度。是这些戏剧精神,形成了20世纪中国话剧创作的艺术传统。进入新世纪,中国话剧的发展应该继续走向现代、走向世界,在个体存在为实体的群体中捍卫人的个性、人的价值和人的自由发展,在社会政治和商业娱乐的挤压中坚守戏剧的人文关怀和审美创造,在融入世界戏剧大潮的同时,对民族传统戏曲及文化进行深度的现代阐释与转换,以完善和深化“人的戏剧”的现代建构。Modernization emerged as the pivotal force shaping the creation of Chinese drama in the 2oth century,with the concept of"human-centered drama"at its core.This modernization was characterized by several key dimensions:the advocacy for individual liberation,the promotion of rational consciousness through enlightenment,a critical realism spirit,a steadfast commitment to authenticity,and an introspective understanding of drama's inherent nature.Together,these elements forged the artistic legacy of Chinese drama for that era.As we advance into the new century,the trajectory of Chinese drama's evolution must continue to embrace modernity and strive for global integration.It is imperative that the genre steadfastly supports the individual's personality,value,and developmental freedom,particularly within communities that celebrate the individual's significance.Even amidst the pressures of social politics and commercial entertainment,Chinese drama must maintain its dedication to humanistic ideals and aesthetic innovation.By actively engaging with the global drama movement and undertaking a profound reinterpretation and transformation of the nation's traditional opera and cultural heritage,Chinese drama is poised to augment and diversify the contemporary paradigm of human-centered drama".
