摘　　要：On July 18,the Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization was adopted at the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee.The 22,000-character document sent a clear signal of China’s commitment to deepening reform and expanding high-standard opening up,which will exert a positive and farreaching impact on China-ASEAN economic and trade relations in the next stage.
