摘　　要：目的:汉化脑瘫患儿照顾者负担量表(Caregiver Difficulties Scale,CDS),并检验中文版CDS的心理测量学属性。方法:遵循Beaton跨文化调试指南进行汉化形成中文版CDS。选取成都市3所三级甲等医院儿童康复科就诊的194名脑瘫患儿照顾者为研究对象,检验中文版CDS的信效度。结果:中文版CDS包括对儿童的担忧、对自我的影响、照顾支持、社会经济压力4个维度、25个条目。总量表Cronbach'sα系数为0.840,折半信度为0.733,重测信度为0.843。中文版CDS总分与照顾者负担问卷(CBI)总分呈正相关(r=0.764,P<0.001)。验证性因子分析结果显示,中文版CDS拟合较好。结论:中文版CDS具有良好的信效度,可作为我国测量脑瘫患儿照顾者负担的评估工具。Objectives:To translate the Caregiver Difficulties Scale(CDS)for children with cerebral palsy into Chinese and assesses its psychometric properties.Methods:The Chinese version of CDS followed Beaton intercultural debugging guideline.A total of 194 caregivers of children with cerebral palsy who were treated in the department of child rehabilitation in 3 tertiary Grade A hospitals in Chengdu were selected as the research objects to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of CDS.Results:The Chinese version of CDS comprises 25 items,which were classified into four domains as concerns for children,impact on self,caregiving support and social economic strain.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of scale was 0.840,the split⁃half reliability was 0.733,the test⁃retest reliability was 0.843.The correlation among the total score of CDS and the CBI was strong(r=0.764,P<0.001).Confirmatory factor analysis suggested that the four⁃factor model of CDS had a good fit to data.Conclusion:The Chinese version of CDS has good reliability and validity,which can be used as an assessment tool to measure the burden of caregivers of children with cerebral palsy in China.
