摘  要:乙二醇是天然气生产过程中常用的水合物抑制剂,在储气库采气生产过程中,运用J-T阀+乙二醇的天然气脱水方法,控制井流物中采出天然气的水露点,达到外输要求。乙二醇再生装置受注入泵前安全阀起跳的因素影响,无法保障连续性生产。通过六西格玛质量管理中的分析、设计、验证的方法与流程,找到影响乙二醇再生装置无法连续生产的关键因子,开展相应的工艺流程设计优化并进行生产验证。通过优化乙二醇贫液储罐及相关工艺流程、乙二醇泵出口增加缓冲阻尼器并调整安全阀安装位置的工艺流程,分析现场实际生产数据,乙二醇再生系统稳定运行时间由原来的20d延长至103d。Ethylene glycol is a commonly used hydrate inhibitor in the process of natural gas production.In the process of gas production in gas storage,J-T valve+ethylene glycol natural gas dehydration method is used to control the water dew point of the extracted natural gas in the well flow to meet the requirements of external transportation.The ethylene glycol regeneration unit is affected by the factor of the safety valve jumping before the injection pump,which cannot guarantee the continuous production.Based on the method and process of analysis,design and verification in Six Sigma quality management,the key factors affecting the continuous production of ethylene glycol regeneration unit were found,and the corresponding process design optimization and production verification were carried out.By optimizing glycol lean liquid storage tank and related process flow,adding buffer damper at the outlet of glycol pump and adjusting the installation position of safety valve,the stable operation time of ethylene glycol regeneration system was extended from the original 20 d to 103 d through the analysis of actual production data.
