摘 要:为解决深井、超深井套管内壁清洁成本高、作业周期长的问题,研制了一种新型随钻套管清洁工具,实现了对Φ244.5 mm套管内壁的连续清洁作业。该工具可随钻井管柱下入,钻井结束后,通过投球打压的方式将刮片打开,实现对上层技术套管内壁的清洁作业,利于尾管固井作业时悬挂器的有效坐挂,节省了固井成本,提高了钻井效率。设计了刮片限位机构,防止误打开机构以及球座回收机构,并利用ANSYS工程模拟的方法,验证了机构的可靠性。室内实验和现场应用结果表明:随钻套管清洁工具关键机构性能可靠,满足随钻作业要求,作业效率提高了40%,节约成本50%。In order to solve the problems of high cost and long operation cycle of casing cleaning in deep and ultra-deep wells,a new casing cleaning tool while drilling(LWD)is developed,which realizes the continuous cleaning operation ofΦ244.5 mm casing inner wall.The tool can be run along with the drlling string.After drilling,the scraper can be opened by throwing ball and pressing to clean the inner wall of the upper technical casing,which is conducive to the effective sitting and hanging of the hounder during liner cementing,saving cementing costs and improving drlling efficiency.The limit mechanism of the scraper,the mechanism to prevent the wrong opening and the mechanism of the ball seat recovery are designed,and the reliability of the mechanism is verified by ANSYS engineering simulation.The results of laboratory experiments and field application show that the key mechanism of the cleaning tool is reliable,which can meet the requirements of drilling while drilling,improve the operating efficiency by 40%,and save the cost by 50%.
