摘 要:随着油田采出液含水量增大,大量的采出水外排不仅造成了环境污染,而且浪费了大量水资源。气田采出水处理后的有效利用对缓解该区清水资源匮乏的压力具有重要的经济与环保效益。青石峁气田采出水需要回注到周边油系统。为满足回注需求,开展了采出水水质改性的试验性研究,从离子交换和化学沉淀两种水质改性工艺中最终优选出经济高效的化学沉淀工艺,并研发了集化学絮凝改性、旋流除油除杂快速分离一体化装置,装置对采出液中油的去除率达71.2%,对悬浮物的去除率达95%,效果显著。试验结果证明:经过适当的预处理,采用化学沉淀工艺可以有效地将采出水中钙、镁、铁离子的含量降至1 mg/L以下。经改性装置处理后采出水含油量≤50 mg/L、悬浮物含量≤50 mg/L,采出水与回注目标地层水结垢量<100 mg/L。水质处理及改性成本4.5元/m3,实现了气田采出水资源化的经济高效利用。With the increasing water content of oilfield produced liquid,a large amount of produced water discharged not only causes environmental pollution,but also wastes a lot of water resources.The effective utilization of produced gas field water after treatment has important economic and environmental benefits for relieving the pressure of the lack of clean water resources in the area.The produced water of Qingshimao gas field needs to be reinjected into the surrounding oil system.In order to meet the demand of reinjection,a pilot study on the quality modification of produced water has been carried out.From two kinds of water quality modification processes,ion exchange and chemical precipitation,an economical and efficient chemical precipitation process was finally selected,and an integrated device for chemical flocculation modification and rapid separation of oil and impurity removal by swirling flow was developed.The removal rate of oil in the produced liquid was 71.2%and the removal rate of suspended matter was 95%,and the effect was remarkable.The test results show that the content of calcium,magnesium and iron ions in the produced water can be reduced to less than 1 mg/L by chemical precipitation process after proper pretreatment.After the treatment by the modified device,the oil content of produced water is less than 50 mg/L,the suspended matter content is less than 50 mg/L,and the scale amount of produced water and reinjection target formation water is less than 100 mg/L.The cost of water treatment and modification is 4.5 yuan/m^(3),which realizes the economical and efficient utilization of produced water resources in gas fields.
