摘  要:采用水热法在碳布(CC)基底上生长TiO_(2)三维阵列纳米材料。以葡萄糖作为碳源,制备得到C@TiO_(2)/CC纳米复合材料。利用X-粉末衍射仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜、X-光电子能谱仪对其结构、组成、形貌进行分析。利用电化学工作站对材料的电容性能进行测试,实验结果表明,在10 mV/s的扫速下,其质量比电容可达1208 mF/g。在5000次循环充放电后,其电容保持率可达96%。说明该纳米复合材料具有大的比电容和长期稳定性。TiO_(2)three-dimensional array nanomaterials was grown on carbon cloth(CC)substrate by hydrothermal method.Glucose as a carbon source of carbon layer was coated on TiO_(2)/CC nanocomposites.Its structure,composition and morphology were analyzed by X-ray powder diffractometer,field emission scanning electron microscope and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The capacitive performance of materials was tested by electrochemical workstation.The experimental results showed that its mass specific capacitance could reach 1208 mF/g at a sweep rate of 10 mV/s.After 5000 cycles of charging and discharging,its capacitance retention rate can reach 96%.It was indicated that the nanocomposite had high specific capacitance and long-term stability.
