摘 要:流动电位法为表征膜荷电性能重要参数Zeta电位的主要测试方法,在其测试过程中,流体对双电层的冲刷与流体流动有密切关系。本研究通过理论介绍及Fluent模拟分析,探讨了流动电位测试进程中,流体在矩形流道内做平行定常流动时,流体流量、压力、流道几何尺寸之间的关系和压力、速度在流道内的分布情况,优化了流量测试工艺,为提高膜Zeta电位的准确性,重现性提供了理论指导。Streaming potential is the main testing method to characterize Zeta potential,an important parameter of membrane charge performance.Throughout the testing process,the erosion of the electric double layer by the fluid is closely related to the fluid streaming.The relationship between fluid flow,pressure and channel geometry size,as well as the distribution of pressure and velocity in the rectangular channel undergoing parallel steady flow,were explored during the streaming potential testing process through theoretical introduction and Fluent simulation analysis.The flow testing process was optimized,providing theoretical guidance for improving the accuracy and reproducibility of membrane Zeta potential.
