摘  要:随着光伏行业的不断发展,含氟废水的处理已成为光伏企业必须面对的问题。在光伏行业的含氟废水处理中常常会用到石灰法沉淀除氟、氯化钙除氟、反渗透法除氟等工艺。在实际运行中,常常会遇到一些设计时未考虑到的问题,对现场项目运行人员造成较大的困扰。针对石灰法除氟及反渗透法除氟过程中可能遇到的某些问题,列出一些有效的方法预防或者解决,希望能为工程人员提供一些参考与帮助。With the continuous development of the photovoltaic industry,the treatment of fluorinated wastewater has become a problem that photovoltaic enterprises must face.In the treatment of fluoride containing wastewater in the photovoltaic industry,processes such as lime precipitation for fluoride removal,calcium chloride for fluoride removal,and reverse osmosis for fluoride removal are often used.In actual operation,there are often problems that are not considered during design,which cause significant difficulties for on-site project operators.Listing some effective methods to prevent or solve certain problems that may be encountered during the lime method and reverse osmosis method for fluoride removal,hoping to provide some reference and assistance for engineering personnel.
